2008 Sept: Grand Opening! BWB weekly Sunday Dances, Burlingame Woman’s Club. Then moved to larger Sun venue: Burlingame Masonic Hall.

2009 Continued Sun dances at Burlingame Masonic Hall. Added Friday dances at San Mateo Recreation Center, Beresford /p>

2010 Continued Sun dances at Burlingame Masonic Hall. Continued Fri dances at SM Rec Center, Beresford

2011 Last Fri dance at Beresford. Last Sun dance at Masonic Hall

JUNE 2011 BWB STUDIO opened!

2012 6800 sf total space; “corporate colors” purple, orange, silver. Main ballroom, 2 offices, 3 private studios, full kitchen, even a shower! Studio open every day with parties 4-5 nights per week. Taught group classes & privates in all dance genres: Am & Intl Ballroom, all Swing, Argentine, Zydeco, Country, etc. Studio had 30% growth rate. Mail list grew from 500 to 1700 in 12 months.

Dec 2012 Studio closed due to landlord redevelopment. Flooring & furniture sold to a San Antonio studio & BWB students.

2013 Foster City Social Dances, FC Recreation Center. Special Event: Dirty Dancing at Imperial Ballroom.

2014 June: Last Foster City Social Dance Party. July-Aug: Last Summer Social Dances at Dance Vita, San Mateo. Fall: Sound System & supplies sold. Cheryl Retires! Whoo Hoo!!

2018 Started annual BWB REUNION Fundraiser Dance Party!

2020 & 2021 REUNION party cancelled due to Covid pandemic
