Our Exercise Classes are designed to help you take your dancing to the next level! Saturday exercise classes are taught every Saturday and you can join the classes at any time!

Rhythm Fitness
Every Saturday
1-2 PM
Get in shape, strengthen your core, arms & legs and improve energy, flexibility and general fitness using Pilates, Yoga and isolation techniques. A great mix of world dance music! A well-rounded and fun workout. Bring a workout mat, a stretch band & 2 weights (i.e., 3-5 lb. or 5-10 lb. if you are stronger.)
World Rhythms
Every Saturday
2-3 PM
Work out dancing to music from around the world! We use Latin music like Cuban Salsa, Brazilian Samba-Reggae, Cha Cha, Bachata, Funky African Rhythms, Hip Hop & a touch of Middle-Eastern Belly Dancing for easy to learn dance combinations. Work up a sweat! Tone up your core. More fun than ZUMBA!
Stretch, Focus & Peace
Every Saturday
3-4 PM
Stretching is a way to stay fit, strong & injury free. Class combines yoga & dance stretches for maximum flexibility & relaxation while listening to soft music.
